Preliminary Observation of Biogas Production from a Mixture of Cattle Manure and Bagasse Residue in Different Composition Variations

چکیده
The need of renewable energy is paramount important as it expected to replace fossil energy. One commonly used for rural area biomass-based Biogas a where organic materials are converted methane gas via anaerobic digestion process. limitations mono-feedstock biogas instability process, low yield produced and require readjusting C/N ratio, therefore co-digestion process was proposed overcome these problems. This study aims investigate the feasibility mixture cattle manure bagasse residue in different weight ratio combinations. generated by using mixed substrate composed combination ratios bagasse:cattle (1:5, 1:2, 1:1, 3:1). kinetic analysis evaluated fitting Gompertz Logistic model experimental data cumulative biogas. result showed that 1:5 waste obtained best with at 31,000 mL. were able predict maximum (cattle: bagasse) 31,157.66 mL 30,112.12 mL, respectively. other predictions parameters production rate (Rm)= 1,720.45 mL/day 1,652.31 model, Lag periods 2.403 day 2.612 potential power generation 338.71 Watt has been estimated from research proven positive two feed-stocks (cattle production.
